Singapore LNG Corporation Pte Ltd is seeking a Planner (Mechanical) to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient terminal operations by planning, coordinating, and optimizing maintenance across critical plant equipment.

The role involves working with Operations, Maintenance, HSSE and external stakeholders to deliver preventive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance programs, and to enhance reliability of static and rotating equipment through planning, inspections and continuous improvement initiatives.

Competenze

• Plan and schedule maintenance activities including preventive, corrective and risk-based work.
• Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to align with plant priorities and shutdowns.
• Track KPI performance and maintain records for data-driven improvements.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and document control for maintenance activities.

Mansioni

• Plan and schedule resources for preventive, corrective, and risk-based maintenance activities, including support for planned and unplanned shutdowns.
• Develop, coordinate, and maintain the maintenance master plan and schedule within SAP to optimize maintenance execution.
• Track and drive maintenance KPI performance while maintaining accurate records of equipment failures, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Manage mechanical maintenance activities through SAP, including scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance work orders and initiating purchase requisitions for parts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to review, prioritize, and coordinate maintenance work requests ensuring safety and operational requirements are met.
• Engage with external authorities to obtain approvals for natural gas equipment maintenance activities and coordinate with contractors and vendors on site surveys and safety inductions.
• Provide technical support for static equipment and contribute to maintenance strategies focusing on reliability, spare parts optimization, turnaround planning, inspection schedules, and preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
• Ensure SAP maintenance and asset management data is correct during project asset creation and transfer.
