Job summary

Copthorne King's King’s Hotel Singapore is seeking a Senior M&E Technician to support daily engineering operations, ensure safe and efficient maintenance of all equipment, and contribute to service excellence. You will respond to guest maintenance requests, oversee preventive maintenance, and assist the Engineering leadership team in safety and reliability initiatives.

The role involves staff training, inventory management, and participation in safety exercises while maintaining building systems

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining hotel machinery, facilities and systems.
• Ability to respond promptly to guest maintenance requests.
• Experience supervising a maintenance crew and coordinating tasks.

Responsibilities

• Respond and attend to guest repair requests.
• Oversee preventive maintenance schedules for all hotel machinery and facilities.
• Assist supervisor in day-to-day operation of the department.
• Supervise and delegate work to the Maintenance crew and track progress.
