Job summary

R.J. Crocker Consultants Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor (RTO-M&E) to oversee field works, ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and contract documents, and coordinate with subcontractors.

Candidates hold a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, have at least 5 years of RTO-M&E experience including airfield systems and building services, and are prepared for shift work and IES-certified 2025 RTO.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• Min 5 years of relevant RTO (M&E) experience, with at least 2 years in supervision of airfield systems, utilities, fuel hydrant, building services, and security systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site works and ensure compliance with contract specifications, drawings, timeframe, and site instructions.
• Check drawings and specifications for discrepancies; report to OIC.
• Monitor quality of works, materials, and samples; rectify non-conformities and report to OIC.
• Prepare defect lists and ensure timely rectification; maintain records of all works.
• Coordinate all building and M&E services; ensure safety on site with the safety team.
• Attend site meetings (progress, QAQC, variation) and maintain proper minutes.
