Job summary

WOH HUP (PRIVATE) LIMITED is seeking an experienced M&E Manager to lead the on-site M&E team and oversee both engineering and project management aspects of the M&E services on site.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities, manage sub-contractors and vendors, and ensure project milestones, safety, and regulatory compliance throughout the construction phase.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical or building services engineering; relevant professional qualifications preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-management capabilities required.
• Proven experience delivering M&E services on construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the M&E project team including coordinators, site supervisors, BIM modellers and M&E QS as applicable.
• Coordinate with client project management, employer's representatives, consultants and site engineers for design and coordination.
• Interface with agencies (SPPG, PUB, LTA, SCDF) to ensure compliance and interface requirements.
• Manage sub-contractors, direct vendors and ensure timely, quality delivery per contract.
• Oversee project costing, variations, progress claims and payments to stakeholders.
