Job summary

WINMAX Integrated PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a proactive Project Engineer/Manager to lead M&E installations in semiconductor environments. You will coordinate site meetings, manage timelines, and liaise with subcontractors to ensure drawings and specs are followed.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on M&E experience, strong communication, and the ability to assess cost implications of variations. Safety certificates and a vendor network are desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience with M&E systems in factory environments, including piping and cables.
• Background in semiconductor industry and general construction M&E works is advantageous.
• Independent, proactive and highly communicative.
• Safety certificates (BCSS, WAH) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Project management, site meetings, and coordination.
• Engineering & technical studies with cost implications.
• Schedule, supervise and control sub-contractors per contract drawings and specs.
• Experience in M&E contracts and vendor network is an advantage.
