Job summary

KONTOURZ PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced M&E Facilities Manager to oversee and maintain all mechanical and electrical systems.

You will supervise the M&E team, plan inspections, manage preventive maintenance, and ensure projects meet budget and quality targets. You will troubleshoot faults, prepare comprehensive reports, and coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors while ensuring safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in M&E systems.
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Eng or equivalent.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in building services or facilities management is an advantage.
• BCA Academy qualifications are advantageous, e.g., M&E coordination/supervision in green building tech

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain all M&E systems in the facility.
• Supervise and guide the M&E team in daily operations and maintenance work.
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct site inspections for M&E and facilities works.
• Ensure preventive maintenance, projects, and SOPs are completed on time and to quality standards.
• Troubleshoot system faults and provide cost-efficient solutions.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and maintenance records.
• Manage site operations, manpower deployment, and workflow planning.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Liaise with vendors and technical teams for timely issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, safety standards, and regulations.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
