Job summary

ID21 Pte Ltd is seeking a technically strong and commercially minded professional who can drive M&E project delivery from inception through to handover, taking ownership of M&E performance. This person will be a strong subject matter expert and lead in electrical or mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Significant experience in M&E management.
• Strong knowledge of ACMV and electrical systems.
• Experience overseeing subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&E activities from design to handover, ensuring quality.
• Coordinate with PMs, designers, and trades to stay on track.
• Mentor M&E staff and develop the team.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore codes and regs.
• Represent M&E in client meetings and reporting.
• Oversee testing, commissioning and handover documentation.
