Job summary

ID21 PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a technically strong and commercially minded M&E leader who can drive project delivery, develop people and own M&E performance from inception to handover.

You will lead in electrical or mechanical systems and act as SME on site. Responsibilities span design coordination, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning, with a focus on safety, quality, and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or higher in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in M&E management for commercial interior fit-out, design & build, or construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of ACMV and electrical systems and relevant Singapore codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&E activities from design coordination, procurement and site execution through testing, commissioning and handover.
• Ensure M&E works meet project requirements, design specs, programme and quality standards.
