Job summary

ID21 PTE. LTD. seeks a technically strong, commercially minded professional to drive M&E project delivery from inception to completion. The role leads in electrical or mechanical systems and acts as a hands-on mentor for the M&E team.

You will guide design coordination, procurement, site execution, testing, commissioning and handover while upholding Singapore codes and project requirements. Strong leadership and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).
Significant experience in M&E management within commercial interior fit-out, design & build or construction environments.

Responsibilities

Lead M&E activities from design coordination, procurement and site execution to testing, commissioning and handover.
Oversee M&E milestones and ensure works stay on track; identify risks and implement mitigation.
Mentor and develop the M&E team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
Provide senior technical guidance on ACMV, electrical and other M&E systems.
Represent the M&E function to clients, consultants and contractors with clear recommendations.
Oversee testing, commissioning and handover and ensure quality and documentation.
