Job summary

Manpower Singapore is seeking a Senior Fire Safety Manager to lead the M&E team and deliver top-tier property management services for a mixed use development in Singapore CBD. You will oversee electrical, ACMV, lighting, generators, and related systems, ensuring safe, reliable operation and adherence to design intent.

You will develop maintenance plans, manage budgets, coordinate contractors, and produce monthly performance reports, while upholding high standards of client and tenant service.

Qualifications

• Must be Senior Fire Safety Manager certified.
• Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Building Services/ Electrical with relevant experience.
• Experience managing high-rise commercial buildings or mixed developments.
• Knowledge of operation, maintenance, fit-out practices and local ordinances.

Responsibilities

• Lead the M&E team to deliver high level of Property Management services.
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance and operations of M&E systems (Electrical, ACMV, Lighting, Generators, etc.).
• Monitor and ensure safe, efficient operation of all systems and adherence to design intent.
• Develop and monitor preventive and comprehensive maintenance plans; manage budgets.
• Coordinate maintenance activities, supervise contractors, and ensure timelines and standards.
• Prepare monthly reports and manage budgeting, supplier liaising, and client communication.
