Job summary

Manpower Singapore is seeking a Senior Fire Safety Manager to lead the M&E team for a mixed development in the CBD. You will oversee day-to-day maintenance of electrical, ACMV, lighting, elevators and related systems, ensuring safety and performance.

In addition, you will develop maintenance plans, monitor budgets, and supervise contractors while coordinating with tenants and partners to meet service standards.

Qualifications

• Must have Senior Fire Safety Manager certification.
• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Building Services with relevant experience.
• Experience managing high-rise commercial buildings or mixed developments.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the M&E team to deliver high-level Property Management services for a mixed development.
• Oversee maintenance of M&E systems including electrical, ACMV, lighting, generators, fire protection, elevators, HVAC, telecoms, and related systems.
• Plan and monitor preventive maintenance and budgets; supervise contractors and vendors.
