Successful candidates will have a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering and extensive experience in M&E supervision, including airfield lighting, services

Qualifications

• Experience supervising M&E works and airfield lighting projects.
• Strong knowledge of Building Control Act and Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under the Building Control Act.
• Ensure construction, civil, building and M&E works align with drawings, specifications and regulations.
• Monitor and report progress of works.
• Inspect civil and structural, M&E works prior to concreting or subsequent construction.
• Check temporary works and ERSS for safety and compliance.
• Inspect defects rectification works and supervise works as directed by supervision.
• Manage and supervise Resident Technical Officers.
• Maintain updated records of tests, inspections, materials and equipment on site.
• Verify contractor reports and claims related to C&S and M&E works.
