Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an Electrical Engineering professional with at least 2 years of project management experience to oversee hospital facilities engineering and operations projects in Singapore. Qualifications

Degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years' experience in Project Management.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in a high technology manufacturing or healthcare environment would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage Facilities Management, Engineering and Operations projects from planning to final completion.
Carry out maintenance and project management of current and new facilities.
Supervise preventive maintenance by outsourced service partners.
Implement programs for operations, maintenance and improvement of building facilities, equipment and infrastructure.
Develop work plans to improve reliability and integrity of systems.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
