Job summary

JJOBB LLP is seeking a Senior M&E Coordinator/Engineer to manage the M&E works across construction projects on a Singapore Islandwide basis. The role reports to the Project Manager, ensuring drawing alignment, technical submissions, and timely deliverables.

The candidate will coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, oversee planning, requisitions and cost controls, and supervise MEP services to meet project standards.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing MEP works on construction projects.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors on technical matters.
• Monitor progress and report to Project Manager.
• Prepare method statements and resolve drawing discrepancies.
• Oversee project planning, material requisition and cost control.
• Manage RFAs, RFIs, shop drawings and technical submissions.
• Ensure site installation quality aligns with drawings and specifications.
• Supervise MEP services and liaise with internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee M&E works on construction projects and ensure alignment with drawings and specs.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors on technical matters.
• Monitor progress, prepare progress reports and flag issues to the Project Manager.
• Prepare method statements and resolve drawing discrepancies promptly.
• Oversee planning, material requisition and cost controls for projects.
• Manage RFAs and RFIs, shop drawings and technical submissions for timely completion.
• Ensure site installation quality and coordinate with internal teams.
