Job summary

Koyo International Limited in Singapore is seeking a Detail Drafter for M&E building projects. You will produce M&E system design drawings, shop drawings and as-built drawings, and support project managers and engineers with documentation.

The role requires hands-on AutoCAD skills, familiarity with BIM/Revit is a plus, and strong English communication. You will monitor site progress, compile as-built drawings for submission, and ensure timely completion of drawings, with independent and team

Qualifications

Diploma/NTC3 in Mechanical/Electrical Building Services or related field.
Minimum 4 years experience in M&E building design with M&E consultants.
Proficient in AutoCAD and able to prepare design/shop/as-built drawings.
Familiarity with BIM (Revit) is an added advantage.
Good written and spoken English with keen attention to details.

Responsibilities

Produce M&E system design drawings, shop drawings and as-built drawings for building works.
Monitor site installation progress and update changes on site.
Prepare and compile as-built drawings for submission.
Assist in printing of all drawings as requested by Project Managers/Engineers/Quantity Surveyors.
Ensure on-time completion of required drawings.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
