Job summary

Kimly Construction Private Limited is seeking an M&E on-site engineer to prepare and manage M&E works schedules aligned with the master schedule. You will monitor shop drawings, ensure compliance with authorities’ requirements, and coordinate between sub-contractors and the project team to ensure smooth delivery of works on site.

You will conduct inspections, document records, and guide the on-site M&E supervisor to resolve design and construction issues.

Qualifications

3-5 years of relevant experience in the Singapore Construction Industry.
Recognised Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

Prepare M&E works schedule aligned with the project master schedule.
Monitor shop drawings and material submissions.
Verify M&E drawings comply with authorities’ requirements and coordinate with architectural/structural works.
Prepare progress reports and update project team on status.
Coordinate between sub-contractors and project team to resolve design and construction issues.
Monitor installation work as per coordinated plans and schedule.
Conduct inspections and/or testing of building works with records upon RE/RTO verification.
Follow up on rectification works and other tasks as needed.
Ensure sub-contractors provide drawings as per coordinated plans.
Guide M&E supervisor on-site work per coordinated plans.
