Job summary

PwC Singapore is seeking an Associate / Senior Associate in Corporate Finance within Deals Advisory to help clients realise value from mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will join a global network delivering data-driven insights for a broad deal continuum, from origination to exit.

You will work on presentations, assist in deal execution, and collaborate with Partners and Directors to deliver innovative solutions across industries.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business/Finance related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional transactions experience with investment banks or corporate finance houses.
• Proven experience in deal execution and financial modelling.
• Strong analytical and evaluation skills.
• Demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• A self-starter with high level of initiative.

Responsibilities

• Providing corporate finance / mergers and acquisitions advisory services.
• Work on project teams to prepare presentation materials / pitches, as well as execute engagements under guidance of Corporate Finance Partners and Directors.
• Responsible for deal execution including financial modelling.
