We are seeking a Manager level person to join us in our Corporate Finance services.

How will you value-add?

• Providing corporate finance / mergers and acquisitions advisory services
• You will be expected to work on project teams to prepare presentation materials / pitches, as well as execute engagements under the guidance of Corporate Finance Partners and Directors
• Responsible for deal execution including financial modelling

About You

• Degree in Business/Finance related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional transactions experience with investment banks/corporate finance houses
• Proven experience in deal execution and financial modelling
• Strong analytical and evaluation skills
• Demonstrating accuracy and attention to details when working in a fast paced environment
