Job summary

The Talent People Pte. Ltd. recruits on behalf of a luxury fashion house for a Senior Client Advisor role at the Marina Bay Sands boutique in Singapore.

You will provide refined, personalized client experiences, build lasting relationships, and take on a leadership role on the selling floor to boost both personal and team sales results. Candidates should have at least five years of luxury retail experience, be fluent in English, and excel at client engagement and CRM management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Proficient in English; strong communication skills.
• Strong clienteling and CRM capabilities.
• Independent, detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to meet individual sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized, high-quality customer service and create memorable, personalised experiences for every client.
• Build long-term client relationships through genuine connections and CRM initiatives.
• Lead on the selling floor and drive both individual and team sales performance.
• Achieve KPIs: sales targets, SPT, UPT, and conversion rate.
• Assist with daily/weekly sales reporting to head office as required.
