Job summary

Jobster Private Ltd in Singapore seeks a Low Code Engineer/Senior Consultant to maintain and modernize a public-sector digital service, guiding migration to a new architecture.

You will code, troubleshoot, deploy, and document across OutSystems, OPA, Sitefinity, Oracle DB and AWS, while leading a team of engineers and delivering technical direction.

This role emphasizes hands-on development, production support and migration activities in a cloud-first environment.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on development in OutSystems with at least 3 years experience.
• Experience on Singapore Government OutSystems-based production systems valued at S$5 million+.
• Experience supporting production applications post go-live.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test enhancements and defect fixes for applications developed with OutSystems.
• Develop and maintain backend logic, workflows and integrations using OutSystems and Oracle Policy Automation.
• Develop and maintain frontend using OutSystems and Sitefinity CMS.
• Maintain Oracle Database components: schemas, SQL, stored procedures, data integrity.
• Investigate and resolve defects, incidents and performance issues in production.
• Support deployments, releases, rollback and post-deployment verification.
• Assist with AWS components (S3, Lambda, EC2, ELB, CodeDeploy, KMS) and OS environments.
• Lead technical delivery for engineers, provide solution architecture guidance, and drive migration/modernisation planning.
