Job summary

Dada Consultants Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking experienced Low Code Engineers at Consultant and Senior Consultant levels to deliver hands-on technical work across the full application lifecycle for a public-sector digital service platform. This 12-month on-site role is based in the Paya Lebar area with standard government office hours.

Design, develop, test, and maintain OutSystems enhancements, build backend rules with Oracle Policy Automation and Sitefinity CMS, and support Oracle Database

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on OutSystems development with production support.
• Oracle Database experience: SQL, stored procedures, and schemas.
• Experience in enterprise environments across multiple domains (DB, infra, security).
• (Senior Consultant) 2+ years leading technical delivery or architecture.
• Experience with Oracle Policy Automation / Sitefinity / AWS.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab, CodePipeline) and cloud-native tech (ReactJS, Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain app enhancements and defects using OutSystems.
• Develop backend rules with Oracle Policy Automation and CMS Sitefinity, plus support CMS functionality.
• Develop Oracle DB components: schemas, SQL, stored procedures, data integrity.
• Investigate production incidents, root-cause analysis, and permanent fixes.
• Support deployments, releases, rollback procedures, and cloud-hosted verifications (AWS).
• Maintain security/identity integrations within enterprise environment.
• Assess dependencies and plan migrations as part of modernization.
• Produce technical docs: designs, diagrams, runbooks, migration plans.
• Lead end-to-end delivery and provide architectural guidance as Senior Consultant.
