Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring a Low Code Engineer to maintain, enhance and stabilise a Singapore public-sector digital service. The role supports the transition to modern architecture and involves hands-on work across the application lifecycle, including deployment and migration activities.

The Senior Consultant will provide technical direction for solutioning, migration and modernisation, leading the technical delivery of assigned engineers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on development with OutSystems in public-sector contexts.
• Experience in production support and incident resolution for live systems.
• Knowledge of migration and modernisation of legacy apps to modern architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test enhancements and fixes for OutSystems-based apps.
• Maintain backend logic, workflows, and integrations with OutSystems and Oracle Policy Automation.
• Develop frontend using OutSystems and Sitefinity CMS.
• Manage Oracle Database schemas, queries and data integrity.
