Job summary

Seatrium (SG) Pte. Ltd. (Tuas Yard) is seeking a warehouse support person to manage receiving, inspection, put-away, picking, issuance and transport processes. The role requires a Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management with strong planning, analytical and communication skills.

Entry-level applicants are welcome as on-job training will be provided; SAP knowledge is a plus for handling shipyard operations. This is a full-time on-site position based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management.
• Entry level candidates welcome; on the job training provided.

• Experience with shipyard operations and SAP is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, inspection, put-away, picking, issuance and transportation.
• Resolves discrepancies on delivered equipment and materials.
• Manages records, forms and reports for receiving, storage, movement and control.
• Ensures on-time delivery of correct material to end users at the right place.
• Monitors stock levels daily and initiates re-order when required.
• Carries out preservation activities on equipment packages.
• Carries out scrap tenders.
