Job summary

Seatrium (SG) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily logistics operations in Tuas Yard, Singapore. You will receive, store, and issue goods, while keeping accurate inventory records and ensuring smooth material flow.

The role requires basic computer skills, forklift certification is a plus, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Regular hours Mon–Thu 8:00am–5:15pm, Fri 8:00am–4:30pm, with safety and organisation as top priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials.
• Pick, pack, and prepare issuance of goods to end users.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
• Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
• Report discrepancies or damaged goods to the supervisor.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
