Adecco partners with a leading global semiconductor foundry to recruit a Lithography Process Manager. You will lead the Process Engineering and Sustaining team to optimize processes, improve Cpk, and ensure SPC, FMEA and QMS are applied to detect issues and drive improvements.

Responsibilities include risk assessment, CIP programs, budgeting for chemicals/costs, and long-term capability enhancement to meet fab performance targets.

Qualificações

• Lead Process Engineering and Sustaining team to optimize processes and improve Cpk.
• Apply SPC, FMEA and QMS to detect issues and drive actions.
• Develop CIP programs to reduce defects, scrap and yield loss.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the Process Engineering and Sustaining team.
• Ensure process capability, SPC monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with equipment and manufacturing sections to address constraints and OEE.
