Job summary

GlobalFoundries seeks an experienced Lithography Process Engineer for our Woodlands fab to support CMOS, Photonics and Power platforms. You will startup and qualify new processes and equipment, coordinating with Equipment Engineers to ensure on-time qualification and robust documentation.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting lithography issues, analyzing SPC/DOE data, and driving projects to improve yield, quality and cost metrics.

Responsibilities

• Startup and qualify new process and equipment within scheduled timeline.
• Troubleshoot process issues and drive yield/quality improvements.
• Analyze SPC/DOE data and participate in PCRB/ECN processes.
• Ensure EHSS compliance and maintain safe manufacturing practices.
