Job summary

Michael Page International Pte Ltd, on behalf of a rapidly expanding digital infra platform, seeks a Senior Legal Counsel to lead cross-border infrastructure and financing matters across APAC from Singapore. You will advise on acquisitions, joint ventures, and complex contracts while partnering with finance and project teams.

You will oversee governance, debt and equity financing transactions, and provide strategic legal support to enable scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with over 10 years post-qualification experience.
• Experience across private practice and in-house environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships and cross-border investments.
• Draft, negotiate and advise on commercial, construction, infrastructure and customer agreements.
• Support project finance, development finance and capital raising across multiple jurisdictions.
• Oversee governance, entity management and company secretarial matters.
• Manage disputes, regulatory matters and legal risk across large-scale projects.
• Partner with finance/investment/project teams to deliver commercial legal solutions.
• Develop legal operations and governance frameworks to support scalability.
