Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore invites applications for a full-time Lecturer/Senior Lecturer role focused on Cloud Engineering education. You will teach cloud-native development, DevOps, and emerging technologies, mentoring learners to build scalable, secure cloud solutions aligned with industry needs.

Ideal candidates have hands-on cloud experience, strong communication, and an interest in AI/IoT-driven transformation; cloud certifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

• A relevant academic background in Computer Engineering, IS, CS or Cloud Computing.
• Hands-on cloud-native development and DevOps experience.
• Proficient in Python and JavaScript; API/SDK integration.
• Strong teaching, mentoring and communication skills.
• Interest or experience in AI, IoT and cloud-enabled transformation is a plus.
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, etc.) are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Cloud Engineering courses and labs.
• Mentor learners in designing scalable, secure cloud solutions.
• Develop industry-aligned curriculum and assessments.
• Supervise student projects and provide guidance.
• Contribute to curriculum development and quality processes.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and integrate emerging technologies.
