Job summary

Lendlease Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Leasing Manager to oversee complex lease documentation for Parkway Parade, a premier retail asset. This role shapes leasing strategy and contributes to performance metrics across the asset.

You will mentor junior staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and support leasing forecasts to drive informed decisions with stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-like qualification in Property, Economics, Business, or Finance.
• Advanced knowledge of leasing concepts and property/asset management.
• Ability to present to multiple stakeholders with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to property leasing plans and related activities.
• Provides guidance to less experienced leasing staff and builds team knowledge.

Lendlease Singapore is currently searching for an experienced Senior Leasing Manager for one of our iconic retail assets, Parkway Parade.

Responsibilities:

• Designs and develops complex lease and ancillary documentation, applying subject matter expertise and contributing to new procedures or processes.

• May contribute to property leasing plan, and related activities.

• Provide advice to less experienced leasing staff and develops the team knowledge.

• Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with Company and legislative requirements.

• May prepare Leasing forecasts and contribute to informed decision making through analysis.

Requirements:

To be a success in this role it is desirable, but not essential to have;

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property, Economics, Business, or Finance, combined with an advanced knowledge of role.
• Experience in an property or leasing role, and/or expert knowledge of property/asset management industries, asset valuations methodologies and principles, Planning and communication skills including the ability to confidently present to various stakeholders.
• Competencies include: Decision Making, Planning & Organising, Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking.
