Job summary

Temasek Polytechnic's library is modernizing its services to support teaching, learning and lifelong learning through digital content, AI, and innovative information services. The role involves partnering with academic schools to strengthen information literacy and integrating AI-enabled tools into teaching and curriculum development.

You will design resources, deliver workshops, and collaborate with lecturers while advising on research and copyright.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem solving and service orientation.
• IT-savvy with AI and e-learning tools.
• Experience in academic librarianship, edtech and digital learning.
• Degree in Library and Information Science with two years of library experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner academic schools to support curriculum delivery through information, AI, digital and media literacy.
• Design and deliver workshops and learning resources to strengthen students' research, critical thinking, academic writing and digital skills.
• Collaborate with lecturers to integrate library resources, AI tools and digital learning solutions into teaching, learning, and course development.
• Advise on research, citation, and copyright matters using AI-enabled tools to support staff and students.
• Work with schools, IT teams, vendors and partners to evaluate, implement and promote learning technologies and digital platforms.
• Evaluate and manage research databases, e-books and emerging learning tools to support curriculum needs and lifelong learning.
• Create and curate digital and media content, including e-learning modules and video editing.
• Keep abreast of developments in education, libraries, AI and learning technologies.
