Aon plc is seeking a Senior Learning Deployment and Event Specialist - Asia Pacific to orchestrate regional events, deploy virtual learning programs, and support marketing with strong project management. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and on-site logistics to ensure high-quality attendee experiences.

The position requires experience running corporate events and training programs, excellent communication, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of running events for corporate clients.
• Experience in running training or learning and development sessions.
• Attention to detail and budget management capabilities.
• Clear and concise communication in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Work with Industry and Risk Marketing to identify Category 2 industry sector events across the region needing event support.
• Lead and coordinate planning meetings with the marketing and business teams 3–6 months before events.
• Provide regular project management updates and ensure contributors meet deadlines.
• Organise venues, catering and on-site experience for events.
• Ensure event websites, registration pages and apps are designed and set up before invites.
• Ensure events follow procedures for Cvent, compliance, legal and contracts.
• Coordinate with EAs and team assistants in location for on-day delivery; on-site management is limited.

What the day will look like

Event Specialist

• Working with the Industry and Risk Marketing team to identify Category 2 industry sector events across the region that need support in organising events


• Leading and Co-ordinating Planning meetings with the marketing team and the business team in the 3-6 months leading up to the event


• Providing regular project management updates for these events and ensuring all contributors deliver their responsibilities in a timely manner


• Organistion of Venues, Catering and Experience on the day


• Ensuring Event websites, registration pages and if needed event apps are all designed and set up before the invite or event


• Ensuring all events for which responsible follow the correct procedures in terms of cvent, compliance, legal and contracts


• On site event management is a limited requirement of this part of the role, co-ordinating with EA’s and team assistants in location for on day delivery
