Job summary

LTA Land Transport Authority in Singapore seeks a Lead/Senior Full Stack Developer to build secure, scalable cloud-based digital solutions for rail and road projects. You will work on traditional development, low-code/no-code platforms, and cloud services while ensuring security and governance across initiatives.

Collaborate with engineers, government agencies, and contractors to deliver AI-enabled features, robust APIs and integrated systems.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in software development, cloud-based application delivery or application operations.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C#) and fundamentals of data structures, algorithms and OOP.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, REST/SOAP APIs, API authentication and authorization.
• Knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms and cloud-native services is advantageous.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD practices.
• Security Operations knowledge including VA/PT coordination, vulnerability remediation and patch management.
• Understanding of cybersecurity incident management, secure coding practices and QA processes.
• Ability to collaborate with security, infrastructure, operations and vendor teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and scale secure cloud-based and traditional applications across platforms.
• Design, implement and test REST/SOAP APIs for system-to-system integration.
• Integrate AI features by leveraging ML models and cloud AI services.
• Build and maintain low-code/no-code solutions and ensure governance and security.
• Collaborate in an agile team, participate in design reviews and documentation.
• Implement automated tests and maintain architecture decision records.
