Job summary

NIRBA is seeking a highly motivated Senior Lab Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations of its laboratory facilities in Singapore. The role focuses on ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient lab activities across multiple shared resources and central labs.

You will coordinate equipment use, provide training, supervise staff coverage, and partner with researchers, safety teams, and vendors to uphold high standards of operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Biomedical Sciences or related field.
• 3+ years in laboratory operations or shared facilities.
• Experience with cell processing or life sciences lab preferred.
• Familiarity with safety practices, SOPs and incident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of Cell Processing Shared Resources facility.
• Coordinate equipment booking, access, scheduling and facility coordination.
• Supervise central lab operations and provide backup coverage.
• Coordinate safety inspections, risk management and compliance.
• Liaise with researchers, vendors and safety officers to resolve issues.
• Assist with SOP development and equipment servicing.
