Job summary

HKM HR Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Laboratory Analyst to implement chemical and physical testing methods, lead method development, and support production troubleshooting in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least two years of lab experience, with strong knowledge of analytical methods and trace metals analysis. Familiarity with GLP and ISO/IEC 17025 is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a chemical science field.
• Minimum 2 years of lab experience in semiconductor or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of analytical methods, especially trace metals analysis.
• Familiar with GLP, ISO/IEC 17025, and MSA is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implement chemical and physical testing methods and SOPs.
• Lead new instrument setup, method development, and validation.
• Plan testing capacity based on internal and external needs.
• Investigate and report laboratory measurement deviations.
• Prepare quarterly, monthly, and special analytical reports.
• Support production troubleshooting with appropriate lab solutions.
• Coordinate correlation and round-robin testing across sites.
