Job summary

Bitdeer, a Singapore-headquartered global technology company, seeks a senior software engineer to design scalable control planes for enterprise AI and mining workloads. You will build Kubernetes Operators and CRDs, optimize distributed storage, and drive multi-tenant isolation across regions.

You will also lead architectural reviews, mentor engineers, and collaborate with AI scheduling and fabric teams to ensure robust, scalable platforms for training and inference workloads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering with deep Go expertise.
• Extensive Kubernetes ecosystem experience (Operators, API Server, etcd).
• Proven track record operating and scaling large distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable control plane architectures to enable fleet-wide automation.
• Develop Kubernetes Operators and CRDs for lifecycle orchestration.
• Optimize etcd performance and management across multi-region deployments.
• Implement secure multi-tenant isolation at API server layer for enterprise-grade tenancy.
• Lead design reviews and mentor engineers to uphold high distributed systems standards.
