Job summary

Bhima Gold Singapore is seeking a Head of Sales & Operations to lead sales, showroom operations and business performance. You will own revenue targets, customer experience and inventory management while building the brand presence in Singapore.

This leadership role requires strong commercial acumen, sales leadership and strategic thinking to drive profitability and growth across multiple jewellery categories and channels.

Qualifications

• Strong sales leadership and revenue growth capabilities.
• Proven experience in retail showroom operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall sales strategy and revenue targets for Bhima Gold Singapore.
• Develop annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly sales plans.
• Set sales targets by showroom, category, salesperson and product segment.
• Monitor sales performance and drive conversion, AOV and retention.
• Oversee day-to-day showroom operations and SOP adherence.
• Manage high-value jewellery inventory, stock movement and security.
• Lead customer experience initiatives and CRM development.
• Identify new customer segments and partnerships for growth.
• Collaborate on local marketing campaigns and events.
• Provide regular financial performance reviews and cost controls.
