Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of technology delivery experience in software development.
• Hands-on experience with a server-side object-oriented programming language (Java preferred).
• Strong knowledge of data structures, design patterns, architectural styles, and API designs.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and deploy end-to-end software solutions in the T&O-MOT-LCS domain.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, development leads, test engineers, infrastructure engineers, and business users.
• Participate in analysis and requirements gathering; translate requirements into technical solutions meeting client needs.
• Troubleshoot the application by debugging issues, fixing bugs, identifying bottlenecks, and providing third-level support.
• Build, package and release software artifacts in an automated way to all environments including production.
• Ensure performance, stability, reliability and security of the application.
• Proactively identify efficiency and design improvements to existing systems and processes.
• Experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and working in agile technology teams.
