Job summary

Kris Infotech Pte. Ltd. is seeking a senior Java/J2EE software engineer with 8+ years of experience, including UI work with React/Angular, to design, implement, and roll out greenfield banking solutions.

You will collaborate with architects, integrate systems, and drive quality across development and production environments. The role requires deep knowledge of Spring, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and messaging platforms, with strong emphasis on testability and delivery standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Java/J2EE and 1–2 years in UI technologies, ideally in a banking environment.
• Design and development of Java web apps using latest Java/JEE in Unix environment.
• Strong Spring Framework experience (IOC, Boot, Batch, Integration, Security).
• UI development with React/Angular.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and Kubernetes.
• Microservices architecture understanding.
• Jenkins, Maven, deployment tooling experience.
• Git and SVN for source control.
• Messaging systems: IBM MQ, HornetQ, RabbitMQ.
• JavaScript technologies like ReactJS; Aurelia/Durandal mentioned.
• Quality code deliverables and SonarQube experience.
• Application servers like JBoss/WebSphere/Jetty.
• Pattern-based solution design and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and develop software solutions; analyze user needs.
• Design and roll out greenfield solution using Java/JEE and React frameworks.
• Plan and execute roll-out from development to production across sites.
• Update software, enhance capabilities, and define testing procedures.
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate hardware/software and specify tech details.
• Draft specifications, unit tests, and system integration docs.
• Maintain high delivery quality and support functional/user acceptance testing.
• Provide technical support for production issues.
