Job summary

RiDiK (a Subsidiary of CLPS. Nasdaq: CLPS) is seeking a hands-on Java 17+ developer to work on banking and wealth management platforms, supporting legacy monolithic apps and modern microservices.

The role emphasizes production orientation, independence, and ownership of development, deployment, and production support. Ideal candidates are independent, proactive, and able to guide teams when acting as senior.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Java 17+ developer with Spring Boot experience.
• Experience with both monolithic and microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with MariaDB/MySQL and CI/CD tooling.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Java 17+ applications across monolith and microservices.
• Develop scalable backend services using Spring / Spring Boot.
• Work with Maven and Gradle build systems.
• Design and optimize solutions using MariaDB, MySQL.
• Perform performance tuning, JVM/SQL optimization.
• Deploy and support applications via Jenkins and OpenShift.
• Monitor logs, troubleshoot issues, and resolve production incidents quickly.
• Collaborate with cross country Agile/Scrum teams.
• Take ownership and step into senior/lead role when required.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and reliability in financial systems.
