Job summary

RiDiK, a subsidiary of CLPS Incorporation, is seeking a skilled Java J2EE developer in Singapore to design and implement enterprise-grade applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions that meet business needs and quality standards.

You will contribute to Spring Boot, MVC, and Microservices architectures, while gaining exposure to RESTful services, Hibernate/JPA, and relational databases.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in Java J2EE and SQL.
• Experience with Spring, Spring Boot, MVC, and Microservices.
• Experience with RESTful services and Webservices.
• Experience with Hibernate/JPA.
• Experience with Java 8 and Java 8 features.
• Strong experience with MySQL, MariaDB, and Oracle databases.
• Hands-on CI/CD experience using Git, Jenkins, JIRA, and SVN.
• Familiar with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Angular 8+ experience is a plus.
• Experience with multi-threading is a plus.
• Agile environment exposure is an advantage.
• Knowledge in banking domains is an added advantage.
• Unix/Linux familiarity is a plus.
• Certified in Java/J2EE is a plus.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for learning and self-improvement.
• Ability to meet deadlines with quality work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java J2EE applications and SQL queries.
• Collaborate on Spring, Spring Boot, and MVC architecture implementations.
• Build and integrate Microservices, RESTful services, and Web services.
• Work with Hibernate/JPA for data persistence.
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines and version control practices.
• Contribute to frontend integration with Angular 8+ when needed.
• Support Agile processes and deliver within deadlines.
• Leverage Unix/Linux environments for development and deployment.
