Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years hands-on experience in designing and delivering enterprise apps.
• Strong Java/J2EE and modern framework experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and translate into scalable designs.
• Design, develop, enhance enterprise apps using J2EE and best practices.
• Lead technical design discussions and architecture decisions.
• Write high-quality, secure, reusable code.
• Conduct impact analysis and feasibility for enhancements.
• Perform unit testing and support integration/UAT/deploy.
• Investigate defects and production incidents with root-cause analysis.
• Code reviews to ensure quality and standards compliance.
• Collaborate with BAs, Solution Architects, QA, and stakeholders.
• Prepare design specs, deployment guides, and runbooks.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices.
• Identify performance, reliability, and security improvements.
• Ensure SDLC and security policy compliance.
