Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in systems analysis, design, development, implementation, and QA.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing project tasks and stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to liaise with external vendors and 3rd party teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document user/business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Perform systems analysis, database design, and application architecture for web-based and enterprise systems.
• Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain Java-based applications and Pega solutions.
• Conduct testing, QA, and post-implementation support to ensure system stability.
• Coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and project teams to deliver on scope, timeline, and quality.
• Support existing applications including bug fixes, enhancements, and documentation.
