Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum of 1-2 years of hands‑on experience in Java development (Preferred).
Willingness to learn PEGA– candidates with a passion for continuous learning and growth are encouraged to apply.
Previous experience in production support or application maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

Implement and enhance features based on Change Requests (CRs).
Conduct thorough application testing and resolve defects to ensure optimal functionality.
Provide production support, addressing user queries and resolving production issues promptly.
Troubleshoot, provide resolutions, or offer workarounds for reported issues and problems.
Collaborate with external systems and teams to resolve production-related challenges.
Ensure all assigned deliverables are completed on time, meeting the required quality standards.
Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
