Job summary

LTM in Singapore is seeking a Senior Java Developer with strong Temenos TAP expertise to design, develop, and support mission-critical banking solutions in a high-volume, real-time environment. You will work on Temenos TAP-based banking solutions, integrate with enterprise systems, and lead technical discussions with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Temenos TAP platform.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Payments domain.
• Experience developing or supporting banking product implementations.
• Strong understanding of transaction processing, reconciliation, and integration workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-grade banking applications using Java and Spring technologies.
• Develop and customize Temenos TAP banking product solutions to support business requirements.
• Build scalable microservices and REST APIs supporting banking product functionalities.
• Develop batch processing solutions using Spring Batch for financial transaction and reconciliation workloads.
• Implement resilient services using Resilience4j patterns.
• Integrate banking applications with internal and external systems using Apache Camel, IBM MQ, and Kafka.
• Develop secure, performant, and maintainable code following banking industry standards and best practices.
• Participate in solution design, architecture reviews, and technical discussions.
• Create automated unit and integration tests using JUnit.
• Perform code quality validation through SonarQube and address technical debt.
• Conduct performance and load testing using JMeter.
• Support production deployments and troubleshoot critical banking applications.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and Client Implementation teams.
• Participate in Agile development practices, sprint ceremonies, and release management activities.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to project teams.
