Job summary

SUCCESS HUMAN RESOURCE CENTRE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver the KPE-MCE Integrated Traffic and Plant Management System for the LTA. The role will oversee end-to-end delivery, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure schedule, budget, and quality compliance.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive risk management, and maintain robust project documentation to meet contract requirements and cybersecurity standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, or related discipline required.
• PMI PMP certification preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in large-scale systems projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of the ITPMS for LTA, including planning, execution, testing, and commissioning.
• Coordinate with LTA representatives, internal engineering teams and subcontractors.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, risk management and governance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with contract specifications, cybersecurity, and safety standards.
• Manage documentation, change control, and progress reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
