Job summary

Samsonite Group APAC & Middle East in Singapore seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure Administrator to oversee on-premises and cloud IT infrastructure, ensuring secure and reliable services. Qualifications

• Diploma in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Microsoft and VMware certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administration of VMware, Windows/Linux servers and regional cloud infrastructure.
• Administer on-premises Active Directory and related services, including hybrid identity integration.
• Administer Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 services as part of day-to-day IT operations.
• Supervise datacentre systems with outsourced vendors and manage monitoring, maintenance, patching, upgrades, and incidents.
• Support SQL Server administration including health checks and basic troubleshooting.
• Manage backups, verify recoverability and conduct restore tests for DR exercises.
• Provide Tier 2/3 IT support to regional HQ and local teams via ticketing system.
• Handle IT procurement, software licensing, subscriptions and renewals.
• Maintain technical docs and follow security/change guidelines; address vulnerabilities.
• Assist infrastructure improvements and automate routine tasks; share knowledge.
