Job summary

Michael Page Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure professional to drive core Windows Server environments, identity and access management, and Microsoft 365 services in a growing business. You will own hybrid cloud initiatives, strengthen security controls, and contribute to ongoing digital transformation projects.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in IT operations, Systems Administration, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong experience administering Windows Server environments in an enterprise setting.
• Hands-on with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
• Knowledge of Microsoft security technologies, conditional access policies, and identity governance.
• Experience with Azure administration and hybrid cloud environments is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with Linux server administration is beneficial.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise enterprise Windows server environments for high availability and performance.
• Oversee identity and access management services, including directory services and policy administration.
• Administer Microsoft 365 technologies to support collaboration tools and user lifecycle management.
• Strengthen infrastructure security through access controls and identity protection measures.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot infrastructure, application, and authentication issues.
• Support business continuity with backup, recovery and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Participate in infrastructure enhancement projects, cloud migrations, system upgrades and technology modernisation.
