Job summary

Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) (ARC(S)) is seeking a Senior IT Specialist - Infrastructure & Cyber Security to safeguard campus networks and a hybrid endpoint estate. You will own firewall, SD-WAN, and network security, while leading governance, risk assessment and security awareness across the charity’s technology environment.

You will drive security controls, incident response, and vendor management, collaborating with IT specialists and staff.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive IT infrastructure and cyber security experience.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise firewalls and wired/wireless networks.
• Experience securing hybrid Windows and Apple endpoint estates.
• Experience with identity/security in a hybrid environment (AD, M365, Entra ID).
• Familiarity with cyber security governance, risk reporting and PDPA compliance (education/public sector aPlus).

Responsibilities

• Own and monitor the organisation’s network infrastructure across campuses.
• Administer Fortinet firewalls, VPN, filtering and threat inspection.
• Manage SD-WAN and Aruba wired/wireless infrastructure.
• Lead fault resolution with vendors and drive preventive measures.
• Design network segmentation and IP/DNS/DHCP planning.
• Administer Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP and virtualization.
• Ensure 100% daily readiness of network and server services.
