Job summary

Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) / Pathlight School is seeking an experienced IT leader to oversee infrastructure and cyber security. You will own network and security estates across campuses, govern security policies, and build a strong IT team to support thousands of students and staff.

reporting to the Head of Department, you will drive strategy, manage budget, and partner with vendors to ensure resilient, compliant technology services in a dynamic education environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6–10 years of progressive IT infrastructure and cyber security experience, including at least 3 years supervising a team.
• Experience contributing to IT strategy, annual work planning and budget preparation.
• Hands-on experience administering enterprise firewalls and wired and wireless network infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience managing and securing a hybrid Windows and Apple endpoint estate.
• Experience administering core server and identity infrastructure — Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP — with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID security.
• Experience in cyber security governance — policies, controls, risk reporting.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop IT strategy and technology roadmap aligned with the organisation's goals.
• Plan annual IT work plan, project portfolio, budget and delivery tracking.
• Lead the IT team across campuses, managing priorities and quality of delivery.
• Own network and security infrastructure, including firewalls, SD-WAN, and endpoints.
• Implement security governance, policies and risk remediation across the organisation.
• Coordinate penetration testing, phishing simulations and security awareness training.
• Ensure system readiness and vendor management across locations.
