Job summary

Monee is seeking a qualified IT Compliance & Risk professional to lead cyber security and IT risk policy implementation in Singapore. You will work with cross-functional teams to evaluate and deliver security solutions, and manage audits and regulatory reviews to ensure compliant operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years' experience in IT compliance, risk, information security, or IT auditing, with strong knowledge of major security standards and certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, technology, finance, accountancy or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of full time working experience in IT Compliance, IT Risk, Information Security, or IT Auditing.
• Knowledge of information security standards (ISO 27001, PCI, NIST, CIS) and relevant certifications (CISA, CISSP or equivalent).
• Self-driven, positive attitude and team player with adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee the implementation of cyber security and IT risk policies, governance processes and tools.
• Support compliance to internal policies and external regulations; evaluate control environment for enhancements.
• Collaborate with business, operations, engineering, security and infra teams to deliver security/IT solutions.
• Manage audit/regulatory reviews including coordination with auditors, regulators, and stakeholders.
